MARIJUANA RESCHEDULING PETITION Docket No. 86-22
OPINION AND RECOMMENDED RULING, FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND DECISION OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE FRANCIS L. YOUNG, Administrative Law Judge DATED: SEPTEMBER 6, 1988 This is what the government doesn't want you to know:
But the government tried to suppress the ruling. Don't let the government tell you what to think, read it for yourself and decide.
The Myth of Marijuana's Gateway Effect Here is a LIE the government keeps telling. I guess they think that if they say it enough it will become the truth...
Due to our failed drug policy the U.S. Customs Service is facing rampant internal corruption.
The War On Drugs Comes Home Will someone please wake up vice-president Gore to the fact that the "War On Drugs" is an abysmal failure and no amount of tax dollars will change that fact.
Feds Allows State Police Crimes to Go Unpunished! The good old boy network is alive and well. When will we hold government accountable to the crimes it commits against its citizens?
Mother Holding Child Shot By Police In Her Home She may be crippled for life and now the police are covering up their crimes against her and the laws they have sworn to uphold.
Sometimes a misguided community group, prodded by government drug war propagandist, will come out with a pamphlet extolling the unfounded dangers of marijuana. Unfortunately they are usually loaded with factual errors and outright lies. The Lions Club's "Marijuana: Drug of Deception" is just such a piece of fiction. See how many factual errors you can spot. They may call themselves Loins, but they are hogs with rings through their noses when they spout this drivel. Maybe the Lions Club should change its motto to:
Here is a nice little story out of Rhode Island about a drug agent who sent many innocent people to jail. He admitted that he knowingly violated the constitutional rights of at least seven Rhode Island residents by arresting them and falsely testifying in their trials. He has now fled the country. This kind of is rampant throughout America thanks to the "War on Drugs".
California Prison Guards, when they are not busy forcing inmates to fight to the death, apparently are smuggling drugs into the prisons. If the government can't keep drugs out of a modern Maximum Security Prison, how do you expect it to keep it off the streets? More proof the "War on Drugs" is an abysmal ( and VERY EXPENSIVE) FAILURE!
Many Anti-Crime Laws Not Needed, Study Says The Congress has been passing bad laws with reckless abandon. The American Bar Association and the U.S. Supreme Court are raising the alarm.
Court Ruling Ends Reverse Marijuana Sting Operations New York State Court of Appeals dealt a blow to a controversial but popular tactic in marijuana enforcement last week (10/22) when it ruled that people arrested in reverse sting or "sell and bust" operations cannot be charged with criminal solicitation.

California is just now starting to find out just how expensive a poorly written 3 strikes law can be...
What are Presidential Executive Orders?
In Short they are dictatorial powers provided to the President, and were originally intended to be used in national emergency situations such as war. They are
actually illegal because they bypass the constitutional requirements to pass laws through congressional approval only. Executive orders are simply filed in the Federal Register by the President and after 30 days they become law just as though they had been passed by congress.
